At Watchez Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Please review the following guidelines to understand the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and health and personal care items, may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons. Please check product listings for details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Please ensure that the return is sent via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider. If there are still issues, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

5. Exchanges

  • Please note that we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Then, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

8. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@watchez.store or +49 1573 1088980. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it, but you can initiate a return after receiving the item.
